How to reach Swoopcut: one email for questions and orders, one for billing, one for help with an order you placed. What to send us so we can film your app.

> **The short version**
>
> - Questions, orders and the waitlist: [hello@swoopcut.com](mailto:hello@swoopcut.com)
> - Payments and refunds: [billing@swoopcut.com](mailto:billing@swoopcut.com)
> - Help with an order you placed: [support@swoopcut.com](mailto:support@swoopcut.com)
> - On X: [@swoopcut](https://x.com/swoopcut)

## Email us

Email is the best way to reach us. Swoopcut is run by Harjot Singh Rana, and only Harjot sees your messages, orders and test logins.

- **[hello@swoopcut.com](mailto:hello@swoopcut.com)** for questions about Swoopcut, the plans, the waitlist, or to see, fix or delete what we hold about you.
- **[billing@swoopcut.com](mailto:billing@swoopcut.com)** for payments, invoices and refunds. The [refund policy](https://swoopcut.com/refunds) explains how refunds work.
- **[support@swoopcut.com](mailto:support@swoopcut.com)** for help with an order you placed, such as a preview, a round of fixes or a test login.

## What to send for a video

Booking is open. To get your video started quickly, send:

1. The link to your app. It must open in a browser.
2. A test login for a demo account with sample data, never real customer data.
3. One line on what to show, and where and when you launch (Product Hunt, X or demo day).

Your watermarked preview arrives within 48 hours of working access. If the video isn't usable, you don't pay.
