What happens when they do, including Always Fresh. > **The short version** > > - Watch a watermarked preview first. If the video isn't usable, you don't pay. > - Launch Clip and Launch Pack: you pay only after you approve the preview. > - Launch Pack is paid per clip: $133 for each clip you approve, up to $399 for all 3. > - Always Fresh: if we deliver no video in a month you paid for, you get that month back in full. > - Cancel Always Fresh anytime. Clips already delivered aren't refunded. > - Email [billing@swoopcut.com](mailto:billing@swoopcut.com) and we sort it out. ## Preview first, then pay Our promise is simple. You watch a watermarked preview of your video first. If the video isn't usable, you don't pay. For Launch Clip and Launch Pack, that means you never pay before the preview. You pay only once you've seen it and decided it's usable. If it isn't, and a round of fixes won't solve it, you tell us and you owe nothing. ## Launch Clip and Launch Pack Because you approve the preview before paying, a paid order is final once we deliver the files you approved. You can still ask for the rounds of fixes your plan includes. We refund you in full if: - we can't deliver the final files you approved - the final files are broken or don't match the approved preview, and we can't fix them within 5 business days of you telling us - we decline or cancel the order after you've paid Launch Pack is paid per clip. We send watermarked previews of all 3 clips, and you pay $133 for each clip you approve, up to $399 for all 3. A clip you don't approve costs nothing. The refund rules above apply to each clip you paid for. ## Always Fresh Always Fresh is billed monthly. You pay for the first month after your first preview, and for each month after that in advance. So refunds work like this: - **No video in a month you paid for:** if we deliver no video in a billing month, for any reason, we refund that month in full. Ask within 30 days of the month ending. - **Your first month:** you pay for it only once you've seen your first preview. If the preview isn't usable, you owe nothing. - **Some clips delivered:** if we delivered at least one video in a month, that month isn't refunded. You can still use the clips left in that month until it ends. - **Cancelling:** cancel anytime. You won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for. Clips already delivered aren't refunded. "Deliver" means we sent you the final files for a clip you approved. ## What isn't refundable - Clips you approved and received the final files for. - Delays caused by missing access, a test login that stopped working or questions left unanswered. - An order we can't finish because the app needs real customer data or breaks our [terms](/terms). If you already paid, we refund the parts we haven't delivered. ## How to ask for a refund Email [billing@swoopcut.com](mailto:billing@swoopcut.com) from the address you ordered with. Tell us the plan and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days. Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, sends the refund to the card or account you paid with. It usually reaches you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Please talk to us before you open a chargeback with your bank. A refund from us is faster for you. ## Your legal rights This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
