What do I need to send?
Your app's link (a staging link works too), a demo account with seeded data, and a line on the flow you want shown. Turn 2FA off on the demo account, and share the login through a password manager or a one-time link, never by email.
What if I don't like the preview?
You don't pay. You see a watermarked preview first, and if the clip isn't usable for your launch, we tell you what blocked it. For the Launch Pack you see all 3 previews and pay $133 for each clip you approve, up to $399.
How long does it take?
Your preview within 48 hours of working access. Final files the same day you approve.
How many rounds of fixes do I get?
The Launch Clip includes 1 round of fixes and the Launch Pack 2 per clip. Send each round in writing, as one list of changes.
Which formats do I get?
The Launch Clip comes in 16:9 plus a social cut. The Launch Pack comes in 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16, plus social cuts. The Clip is 1080p60 and its social cut stays under 10 MB. Every size gets captions and a thumbnail.
What kinds of apps can you record?
Web apps that run in Chrome: dashboards, editors, onboarding flows, checkouts. Native desktop and mobile apps are not supported yet.
Is my data safe?
Yes, as long as you use a demo account. Never send real customer data. We record in a visible browser window and never bypass bot protection.
When can I book?
Now. Leave your email at the top of the page, then add your app's link, what to show and your plan. We reply by email with the next steps.
